How to apply

Ukrainian – interestingly, cheerfully, efficiently!

To apply for the 2-week intensive course of Ukrainian language and culture:

1. Please fill in the application form* (in the MS Word format) and send it to us via e-mail (learn.ukrainian@gmail.com).
2. After we send you a confirmation we will ask you to pay the deposit fee of $50 by credit card (usually we will send you a visa payment invitation). The deposit fee will be deducted from your final payment. The deposit is also used as a guarantee payment for the reservation of the accommodation.

We recommend you before the departure:

Check if you need a visa to enter Ukraine.
Citizens of EU member countries, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, USA and Canada do not need a visa to enter Ukraine. If you are from any other country please inquire about tourist visa requirements at the Ukrainian embassy in your country. Mind that in case you need a visa usually we can not be of any help. It is entirely your responsibility to have the necessary documents for entry to Ukraine.
Obtain medical/travel insurance
Some medical centres in Lviv charge fee for providing medical help to foreigners. Note that we do not take any responsibility for any injuries, damages or health problems occurred during your stay in Lviv. Please make sure you have medical insurance covering Ukraine. If not, we can arrange one with a local insurance company.

*The deadline for application is 2 weeks before the beginning of each school.
Late applications may be accepted but we advise to book early. The earlier you apply the more time we would have to arrange your accommodation in the best possible way.
